Sophie’s 40th birthday bash: 4th October 2025

Chris here. I’d like to invite you to a celebration for Sophie’s 40th birthday on October 4th 2025!

It will take place somewhere in Warwickshire. The questionnaire below is to give me an idea of numbers so that I can look for a suitable venue. I’m aware that several of you will be coming from elsewhere in the UK or from overseas, so an idea of who might need accommodation would also be handy.

Finally, Sophie knows that something is happening on this date but not exactly what. I’d like to keep it that way.. ;
